The Kamen Rider (a.k.a. Masked Rider) franchise has seen flashier and more decorated forms for the past decade or so.
Compared to these, I think that the classic Kamen Rider Black (i.e. pre-RX) has aged pretty well with its sleek and no-frills design. Spartan simplicity has its appeal.
