First time I've ever been to District 1 Cosplay Cosplay Studio (Makati).

That was too close. You were almost a Jill Sandwich!

District 1's a nice place for cosplay photoshoots in general, but given the themes/locations of Resident Evil, the rooftop itself was the most suitable spot.

Granted, the basement parking would have been perfect for Resident Evil 2 characters in particular, but that was unfortunately beyond the scope of the studio.

equipment notes:
2 lights, Godox AD200 Pro, Godox AD100 Pro, Godox X2T trigger, Rogue Flashbender XL + strip light attachment, Flashpoint Auto Stands, Canon EOS R6 II, RF 28-70mm f/2.8 STM, Canon EOS M50, Samyang 8mm f/2.8 fisheye, monopod + smartphone holder (for framing and triggering high-angle shots)

I also brought with me 2 mini fog machines and my DIY flash projector, but those didn't get any action at all. Other photographers also had similar ideas with their own fog machines but the air circulation esp. outdoors was less than ideal.
